1 | Skinny Scallop Potatoes
2 | Easy Oatmeal
Combine oatmeal and water with one of the desert seasonings and heat for 5-6 minutes in the microwave. You may want to check it from time to time as microwave heat settings vary.
Add 3 tablespoons of kernels, cook for about 3 minutes, then season with creamy ranch dip mix.
4 | CCB Eggs
Wisk 6 eggs with one tbsp of cheese + vegan bacon dip mix. Pour into the steamer and cover with lid, then microwave, stir every minute until eggs are set. Do this for 3-4 minutes. You may also try the omelet maker if you'd like.
5 | Fish Tacos
Season salmon fillets with 2 tsp of taco seasoning. Cover then microwave on medium for 4-6 minutes.
