OMG, you have to try this quaker oats shake recipe!! Growing up I used to dislike oatmeal, but not anymore. I have it nearly EVERY DAY of the week. Below you’ll find the recipe that I use to gain energy before I workout and it has helped me lose weight. I usually add it into my breakfast shake, however, I’ve been told by some friends that they do this with their overnight oats.

8oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/4 Cup of Quaker Oatmeal
1 scoop of protein powder
1 Cup of Strawberries
