OMG you have to try this shake!! Growing up I used to dislike oatmeal, but not any more. I have it nearly EVERY DAY of the week. Below you’ll find the recipe that I use to gain energy before I workout and it has helped me lose weight. I usually add it into my breakfast shake.

Quaker Oats Shake Recipe
8oz Unsweetend Vanilla Almond Milk
1/4 Cup of Quaker Oatmeal
1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
I use 1 scoop of this protein powder because it’s from cows that roam free and not injected with antibiotics or hormones. (Comes with new larger scooper.)
1 Cup of Frozen Strawberries
Get ready to feel happily satisfied!
